First, a giant thank you to everyone for all of your sweet comments. I couldn't ask for sweeter followers. Yesterday we landed on the breathtaking island of Jamaica where we were instantly greeted with sunshine and humidity. The latter... I wasn't a total fan of. We left the night before on the red eye, so we were completely exhausted, but ultra excited to experience all of the eclectic Jamaican culture. How people successfully sleep 30,000 feet in the air is beyond me. I hoped to grab a power nap on the ride from the airport to the resort, but the stunning scenery and bumpy road prevented me from catching any Z's. Along the way we stopped at an adorable oceanside hut, where we drank coconut milk and saw a group of baby goats. I'm seriously thinking of bringing one back to Beverly Hills and making it my new accessory... Beyond precious. When we arrived at our resort we were instantly greeted with cold towels and drinks... Talk about feeling at home. After a fun night of exploring the land, we passed out earlier than expected and woke up feeling fresh and re-cooperated. We started off the day by taking a boat out to the reef, where we snorkeled in the insanely blue water. It was beyond beautiful. We saw eels, starfish, and dozens of super colorful fish. Afterwards we went kayaking where I realized my sever lack of biceps. Afterwards we hit the pool for some Jamaican rays. For dinner we headed over to Rick's, an uh-mazing restaurant on the side of a cliff, where we witnessed the world renowned view of the sunset. Once the sun was down we headed over to watch the cliff divers. My fearless fiancée went to the highest rock and proceeded to jump without hesitation. Below are some pictures from my trip thus far. Enjoy. xoxo.
