This past Saturday reality star Audrina Patridge celebrated her 26th birthday at the Wet Republic pool at MGM Grand in Las Vegas looking all kinds of summer chic. The Hill's alum looked stunning in her grey dress, gorgeous twisted belt, and teal bracelets which matched her multi-colored strapless bikini.
