A few months ago, after sharing with you my admiration for the deliciously unique designs by the ultra talented Melissa Joy Manning I was lucky enough to receive an invitation from the incredibly sweet designer herself to visit their New York Showroom. Unfortunately, while my traveling may be taking me everywhere these days, I've literally flown every month this year, somehow New York has yet to be one of my destinations. So, while I await the day to finally swoon over these gush worthy pieces in person I wanted to share with you some of my latest favorites. Making a Silver Statement

As all of my fash followers know, I live and breathe for cocktail rings. They are my absolute favorite piece of jewelry and a must for every ensemble. I literally wake up, pick out my favorite rings for that day, the bigger the better, and then plan my ensemble around my jewelry selections. I've even been known to go to the gym with a cocktail ring on... I know, it's insane, but something about looking down at it inspires me to keep running. Don't judge. Over the last few months my ring collection has grown to an unhealthy size. My jewelry box which is literally the size of me, was some how no longer big enough. After finally ordering some ring trays and organizing them, I realized I was in serious need of a few more silver statement rings in my life. I recently came across a website called Novica.com which is associated with National Geographics to give artist and artisans around the world a global platform to express their true artistic talents. I was instantly touched and completely smitten. With a closet filled with store bought goodies, it's so refreshing to discover unique hand crafted items from all around the world. My first purchase was this gorgeous royal java blue scarf straight from Bali. When it arrived it came with an artisan story card that told me all about the person who crafted the piece. It was so personal and beautiful, I had to have more. Cue these three incredible hand carved wooden bracelets.
