It's no secret that I'm obsessing over "Jonas LA's" Chelsea Kane. The Disney star has been popping up everywhere since she landed her Dancing with the Stars gig. Judging by the hundreds of e-mails I've been getting about her fashion sense and hair style I've decided to pull together her most recent amazing looks. Chelsea looked stunning in her leopard print tiered dress that she stepped out in at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood party. The blonde beauty is rumored to be dating Laguna Beach alum Stephen Colletti. Judging by the pictures they are a seriously cute couple! Chelsea recently tweeted how nice it was to come home to dinner with Stephen waiting. The tanned surfer definitely has a thing for blondes.
