Shopping Hollywood Blvd

Hollywood and Highland is an entertainment complex sitting at one of Cali's most famous cross streets. Most notably known for the Kodak Theater, which has been the home of the Oscars since 2002. Recently I had an a-may-zing brunch with my fiance and one of my besties at the ultra tasty French Crepe Company. They have the most amazing crepes and stunning views of the Hollywood Hills and Hollywood sign, it's simply a beautiful place to relax amidst the Hollywood chaos. I always get the strawberry and ricotta cheese crepe, and of course a cappuccino. I highly recommend stopping by if you're visiting the area. And of course when it comes to dessert, nothing hits the spot like shopping. The blvd is filled with awesome jewelry and accessories vendors. Not to mention every big box store you can imagine. (Gap, Forever 21, Express and BCBG Max Azria) It's basically a full on mall these days complete with really creepy people in sub-standard costumes trying to make some money off tourists. Once you get past the fanny packs and intoxicated superheroes, Hollywood and Highland can be a great place for locals and a must every now and then.
